Current Recipe: Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies

Description: celiac & non-dairy!!

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Large egg

Mix together. Using 2 spoons put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE. Do not let them brown.
Makes about 24 cookies.

Amazingly simple recipe
This is a good quick recipe and good for celiacs. A bit sweet, though. Perhaps cut the sugar a bit.
